Over 10 sessions, we’ll create a plan tailored to your goals and tackle key areas like marketing, hiring, and refining your mission and vision. You’ll gain insight into what’s working, what’s not, and how to build a business that feels both sustainable and successful.

Let’s be real—the coaching world is full of sales funnels and massive group programs designed to maximize profit, not impact. That’s not my style. Unlike many business coaches who have stepped away from practice ownership, I’m actively running a business, seeing 40 patients a week, managing two locations with a team of 20, and raising a family. I don’t have extra time for coaching, but I do it anyway—because I desperately wish I had this kind of support when I was starting out.

I know what it’s like to juggle patient care, business strategy, and everything in between—all while being a mom. This isn’t some theoretical framework—I’m giving you real, practical, tested strategies that I use right now in my own business. I take on one client at a time because I want to be fully present, give you my undivided attention, and make sure you get exactly what you need—no fluff, no gimmicks, just real support from someone who’s in the trenches with you.
